Conditions we treat
What hurts? Start with the honest evidence.
We won't pretend PRP fixes everything. Each condition below is graded by what randomized trials actually show, strong, mixed, or weak, so you can decide with real information. Sorted strongest-evidence first.
Knee Pain & Arthritis

PRP can reduce pain and improve function for rotator-cuff tendinopathy and impingement when the tendon is irritated but not fully torn.

For hip osteoarthritis, PRP can reduce pain and improve function with a strong safety profile, but the evidence is modest, studies have not shown it to be clearly better than hyaluronic-acid injections, so it isn't considered a first-line treatment.
